Engagement Shoot: Travis & Laquisha

Travis and Laquisha are getting married, and what a joy it was to get to know them and shoot their engagement portraits.

We all know the saying ” if it’s meant to be, It will be”…right? Though I’m not sure they were thinking this way back in 2009 when their friendship slowly drifted away.   After several years of little to no communication between the two, they finally reconnected via #Instagram with…she “liked” his pictures, he “liked” her pictures!

They both knew this was a relationship waiting to happen, but waiting to see who would make the first move.  Travis asked her out to a work event and Laquisha said YES!  This was their “It will be” moment and they’re enjoying every moment of this new chapter in their lives…Together.

This is their road to Mr. & Mrs. Beasley!

The love I have for 2015

There have been moments that I’ve found myself smiling, laughing and even shedding a couple of tears this year… not from sadness, but because I’ve been able to witness Love in so many ways from my clients.

We all express love in different ways, it may be a look, a touch, or even our words but how ever we choose to show it…it’s Love.  Accept it, appreciate it and embrace it.

My love for 2015, is because of the many loving beautiful people who let me into their lives to see how they love. Thank you all for being in the moment, for being comfortable enough that you could display your love in the presence of me and baby Jean(my camera). Your smiles and love will forever be apart of my heart.

Tiffany and Tray are getting married!

The love between two people being in the moment, shows with Tiffany and Tray! During this time of the year in Atlanta you really can’t be sure what the weather will be like.

Atlanta Engagement: Ajay & Cedreon

Ajay and Cedreon were friends in High School, but didn’t become a couple until they were in college. They been dating for 3yrs when Ajay decided to ask for Cedreon’s hand in marriage.  Ajay and Cedreon became engaged on May 9, 2015. I felt Winn Park in Midtown Atlanta was a beautiful place for their Engagement session. It’s located about 10 minutes from Piedmont Park, with some of thee most beautiful homes surrounding it.

I ‘m excited for Ajay and Cedreons wedding day which will take place at the beautiful Historic Old Fourth Ward Park. They are a match made In heaven! Love truly Wins!
